Memorial Day was passed quietly here with a simple lowering of the flag this morning and then raising it up again at noon. We are truly grateful to all our veterans for their service to our country.
Friday quilters had fun projects at The Golden Gese on 22 Liberty Street in Concord, New Hampshire.
Laurie was hand quilting on her big and beautiful quilt.
Maureen was making brightly colored blocks.
Tammy was stitching embroidered quilt blocks in all the state birds.
Beverly was making a simple sailboat as a baby quilt.
Sue showed us her lovely three dimensional stars in the medium and the small sizes.
Here is a peek at the backs of the stars.
I worked on some giant 4-patches made from charm packs but forgot to take a picture of my progress.
Happy quilting!

Lovely projects as usual. Glad to see you post.
Beautiful WIp's--those stars are interesting
Nice to see your post, Vic. The 3D stars are intriguing.
A friend reported that her computer was "bricked" after the MS update. (Meaning that the computer was as useful as a brick.) My computer managed the update okay -- but Blogger changed something so that I don't get an email if someone comments. (It just started happening with my weekly update post.) Frustrating!
