Some of my regular readers are aware that Husband Wonderful & I job share Animal Control Officer duties for the town. It is a labor of love. We help to re-unite lost pets with their respective owners. Sadly, there are a few times when a beloved owner of a pet has passed away into the Great Beyond.
Most of these tales are of brief temporary transitions into a new place where the pet is loved again in a stable home.
Whatever happens, we do our very best.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful service. Pets are such a part of our lives and family--loosing them is just heart breaking.
