Rained Out

I haven't yet put any blocks together for Celtic Solstice by Bonnie Hunter, but yesterday I worked very hard to complete the last of the shaded triangle units, so now I have 100!

My batch of freshly baked cookies for the ill-fated cookie swap in Milton were made in vain! Now cancelled for the freezing rain, it is the 3rd week that we've tried to have it. Each time it was postponed due to bad weather. Sigh. Well, that's New England!

Raven and Emma Lynn know how to stay out of the rain, LOL!

When in doubt, eat cookies!

You are getting near the finish line for Celtic Solstice, Vic!
How disappointing about the cookie swap. Your weather has been in control of your life in many ways, lately. That's maddening!
Go have some more cookies and relax with the girls. : )

The weather so far this winter has been nuts! Our morning started off today in a complete fog because the temp went up to 50 degrees and the snow on the ground was just melting right into the air. Tomorrow its frigid temps again.
Hope your cookie swap happens eventually! :-)

Everything was cancelled in Ohio today because of the freezing temperatures. It's 5 below right now and expected to get colder through the night. A perfect day to work on Celtic Solstice. Stay Warm!
